Keith Potts is the founder and former CEO of Jobsite, which grew from a hallway startup into a global platform operating in over sixty countries. He led the business through rapid scale, acquisitions, international expansion, and exits, including partnering with Manpower and later becoming part of DMGT. Along the way, he built and bought businesses such as Broadbean and Jobrapido, sat on FTSE-level boards, and navigated leadership under sustained pressure.
