The first step in the journey is to consult with our clients (usually through a half day workshop) to discover where they are with their candidate attraction. At this stage we simply need to know what our client is trying to achieve, which niche they sit in from a skills and location perspective and what their aspirations are for the business.

Once we have identified strengths and weaknesses, we are ready to propose our recommended changes and courses of action. We discuss these with our client and agree a project plan. At this stage we are able to provide a cost for the project.
